IVAN KLANSKY - CZECH
Graduated of the Music Academy in Prague, pupil of Valentina Kamenikova and Frantisek Rauch. Prize-winner at the international piano competitions in Bolzano, Naples, Leipzig, Barcelona and Santander. Finalist at the 8th International Chopin Piano Competition in 1970. He made numerous concert tours in Europe, Japan, USA, Canada, as well as in Asia and Africa. Professor and head the Piano Department at the Music Academy in Prague. He also conducts the piano class at the Conservatory of Lucerna.
